  • Mr. K S Madhavan, an Electrical Engineer by profession has extensive strategic business management and project management experience.
  • His forte being his strength in turning around sick companies (has turned around 5 major manufacturing organizations including Multi Nationals and brought them up to No.1 position in India).
  • He has good grasp of both technical and Management aspects, and has been able to successfully address technological as well as man-management angles with excellent results.
  • He has focussed on tapping the full Creative Potential in organizations, Quality Improvement, Marketing and Financial Strategies for achieving excellent results for his companies.
  • He was awarded the "Rajiv Gandhi Sadbhavana Award" for his contribution to the Electrical Power Sector in 1995.
  • He was also honoured by the Delhi Telugu Academy with a National Award for his valuable contribution for the year 2000 in the field of Industry for 'Business Solutions'.
  • He has been recognized by the CIGRE, Paris as a "Distinguished Member" of the body.
  • He was nominated as one of the Men of the Millennium by Economic Times as well as Indian Express in Andhra Pradesh.
  • Madhavan has over three decades of experience in setting up of new projects & managing (as Managing Director / President / Executive Director) companies at the highest level. They include - ABB, Sundaram Clayton -a TVS Group Company, S & S Power Switchgear, GEC - Alsthom (now Alstom) and Tecumseh Products India.
