He is a Mechanical Engineer has over three decades of Industry experience in specifically in maintenance, environment and training department in organisations like, India Pistons Ltd. and Tecumseh Products India Ltd. He was responsible for introducing Environmental Management System at Tecumseh, Hyderabad culminating in the company obtaining ISO - 14001 certification and taking it well ahead of others in being recognised by several agencies as the company with "Best Environmental Policies". He has done extensive work on Rain Water Harvesting and was associated with CII, APPCB, AP Government on environmental related areas.

He has wide experience and expertise in implementation of Total Employee Involvement initiatives like, TQM, TPM, 5S, Suggestions Schemes for Workmen, Executive Appraisals and KRAs.

His ability lies in working with employees at the shop floor as well as the top management with the same vigour and comfort.
